Hi, Great blog. We have an 8 month old son born with PFFD. He has a very short femoral fragment but lower leg is fine. We are considering rotionplasty, have already had appointments, and still have so many questions. The rotationplasty would involve fusion of the femoral fragment to the pelvis.
